 The mission of Clark Educational Services is:

• To assist international music students studying in the United States on financial scholarships in Texas Universities.

• To present engaging music education programs for young people to foster early interest in and inspire lifelong enjoyment of music.

• To provide the community with great music at the highest level of artistic excellence to educate, entertain, and enhance cultural life.
