Clark Educational Services, Inc. (CES) is a non-profit corporation recognized by the State of
Texas, which uses donations, volunteer services and sponsorship to develop housing grants
and provide financial assistance to international music students. Promoting World Class
Musicians while educating the world about music.
CES provides concerts and educational programs to schools, churches and other public arenas
as a service to the community. Our objectives at CES is to provide living expenses,
educational expenses and daily living costs to international students studying in the United
States under a scholarship program.
